Civil Engineer (B.Sc/ Diploma)

Job Responsibilities

Planning & Monitoring the construction Progress of the High-rise building.

To Prepare project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.

Finding out ways for cost minimization which need to be included Man, Machine, Materials, Method and Money.

To ensure project/site labor Management.

To ensure work supervision & project progress as per work schedule.

To ensure works to be carried out with proper quality and in consistent with working Drawings.

To ensure site stores are safe and secured with no excess and unused materials.

To ensure proper quality of materials are procured.

To ensure quality and required manpower being used as per Organogram of the project.

Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

Complete of all the documentation required for the project.

To certify and ensure all running and final bills of labour contractors.

Any other activities as and when required by the management.

To prepare safety and security guidelines of the projects and taking proper measures to safeguard Man, Material, Machineries and Money

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years

Only males are allowed to apply

Minimum 5 years to maximum 10 years of construction supervision.

To make necessary communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients.

Should be ready to join very immediately within maximum 30 days.

Candidates from High-rise building construction background will get preference.

The incumbent should be skilled enough to execute and implement the complete construction works including civil, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing works in any real estate or Hospital projects of at least one High-rise building under his own responsibility.

He should be skilled in CAD design development, construction planning, estimation of BOQ, CPM, MS Word, MS Excel, MS project etc.

Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
